   Do not get uber eats from here. It used to be my go too but recently I've had items I've ordered two of missing. The response i got is we're only human. My dog can count to two. It's not a one off it keeps happening and I'm a fair amount of money down now which has frustrated me because people don't know how to read and count to two. Uber wont help. Morrisons wont help. So I've got to take a loss because people are illiterate

   The staff are amazing.attentive and knowledgeable about products, upcoming offers and promotions available in store. The staff in the Baycliff road branch are always happy to welcome you when you enter the store and always go out of there way to make time to ask “are you ok” and “how’s things”. Given that this branch is considered to be our local community store this goes a long way especially when they take the time to interact and help with young children and the elderly customers. On delivery days the staff always work extra hard to ensure products are out and accessible which I imagine is especially difficult given how busy the store always is but they seem to always manage it extremely well. Overall this branch is the hub in the community and the staff are the key in making it a welcoming and happy environment to want to shop in which is why there return custom speaks for itself.

   I tried to send a parcel there on 04/03/23 to be told by the lady with the glasses that they were not taking anymore today because the delivery driver had been??? I then went outside, and the yodel delivery driver turned up. Why lie if you don't know how to do it? Just say. Just because you had 3 customers in the shop, you don't need to stress out. My advice to everyone don't use yodel because the shops don't like taking the parcels.
