   I have been renting from living property for the last 2 years plus. Whenever I contact the office the staff are super friendly & go out the way to help me. Paula is always lovely when she comes over for the 6 monthly inspections & always checks I am happy with everything & have no issues. Also has gone out of her way to bring me a key when I locked myself out which I was very greatful for, highly recommend lovely family business.

   A void this socalled company at all cost they are discriminators me and my other half applied for a house was on st peter's road not far from the sea front every time we phoned up, they kept saying that there was tenants still living there obviously turned out to be a lie kelp on using the same lines, every time we would phone up then when they finally did call back it was to say we don't accept people on universal credit that is discrimination she tryed to say it's not discrimination it is i think you will find lol discrimination.Look it up on google and it that is how uneducated their estate agent is need further training universal credit is an ongoing payment a lot of landlords only accept people on universal credit they seemed to be the odd one out guaranteed then if you re in a job because you could end up being made redund get in the sack or if you're self employed week you you could have work next you will not if you become ill how are you going to pay the landlord rent universal credit, even if you are ill your rent money will still be paid regardless and as a state agent, you can actually be in trouble for that remark as well because its discrimination everyone has the same right to rent.No matter what the income as long as they can afford it and it gets paid the agent needs to change their attitud i am so surpri actually getting for there accommodations going on people's profes what is what you call a stereoty type end up getting someone that will trash their property karma comes back on state agents like that

   Living Property have been extremely helpful in the last year of my experience with them, any queries or questions I have had have been resolved very quickly and when I moved Paula and Cassie made the application and transition so easy for me. I even locked myself out accidentally once and Kim kindly met me out of hours with a spare key. Would definitely use Living Property again in the future.

   I would not hesitate to use Living Property for Rental or selling.    I have known Martin for many years and know you can have absolute confidence in his assessment of the market and sound marketing. Whilst the property Martin listed was in a prime location, Martin generated countless interest, offers and a sale in a week! When I note it was November makes it impressive. Fortunately it was a short chain with the sale behind ours well advanced. All involved wanted to get the sale through ASAP so everyone made it happen with exchange in four weeks from the day the sales memos went out. A weekly update from Martin was useful as well. No dramas from our solicitor Norton Peskett (Paul Gregory) in Beccles. Well done to all involved.
