I am happy with Templewicks Estate Agents. They look after their clients very well and care for them. Their services are amazing. They are kind and loving.
Not impressed - asked them to provide a valuation of my property and to discuss the property and legal requirements if i wanted to rent it out. Website says "free valuation", and they suggested a fee was payable when i challenged this they left a pamphlet of information behind and despite chasing still not received my valuation, very poor attitude. If fees are involved advertise correctly, be transparent, then awkward conversations. Do not then promise a valuation and not deliver or communicate. Certainly not using them again.
I had a great experience working with Andrew & Angie to sell my aunties property. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication helped us to sell the house in a timely manner and for a price I was happy with given the market challenges at the time. I would recommend Templewicks if you are looking to sell your property.
Really unhappy, saw a house for rent and was offered an appointment for a viewing. Turns out when we arrived no one was there and upon phoning they had gotten it wrong and it was for the next day. So after losing a days work to see this house and then turns out it was the wrong day we they rescheduled me in for the weekend and then turned around and said sorry the landlord has chosen one of their other applicants 2 days later. Completely denied a chance to view and get an application in and it simply wasn't fair on us. Not going to trust this company again. Very disappointing get your facts right templewicks.
I rented a property through Templewicks, and they were professional and responsive throughout the process. Any questions were quickly answered, and they made everything smooth which was one less hassle with the move. Great service. Edit: There have been some issues in my flat with water leaking from an above flat. While Templewicks are not responsible, they have been incredibly responsive and have been assisting in pressuring the third party property management company to speed up repair works. I continue to be happy with the services they provide.
I have been renting a property with templewicks for the last 4 years and I have found the service provided very professional in every way. Every enquiry I have had has been dealt with very quickly. Last week my tenancy ended and the closure has been dealt with extremely well. John wicks has been excellent throughout along with his staff. Special mention too Amanda who has always been very polite and friendly throughout. Would defiantly recommend too anybody.

Having spent the last 7 years renting in several areas across the UK, I can honestly say I have never dealt with a better lettings agent. Me and my partner lived in a Temple Wicks property earlier this year and cannot recommend them strongly enough. Professional, friendly and straightforward.
