   Over 15 years of renting across the UK, Olivers and specifically Ben have been the most considerate, professional and friendly letting agents I have ever had a let managed by. If you're considering Olivers Property Agents to manage your letting I'd reach out to them today - I know my landlords very much appreciate their services too.    Having been let down by another agent who left us with an unoccupied property for far too long it was such a relief to discover Olivers Property Agents. Communication with Gina and Ben was amazing throughout, Ben's efficiency and attention to detail was fantastic. We ended up with a very professional listing with great photos and despite advertising a high end property which we thought would be difficult to let Ben quickly found us lovely tenants and coordinated everything to perfection. Even when there was a problem with something I should have organised the day before the tenants moved in they stepped in to resolve it quickly. Thank you Olivers, I'd highly recommend them to any landlord who wants a professional and efficient service from a dedicated team.

   Five star customer service. As landlords we had a terrible agent previously who really let the tenants ruin our house. Ben, from Olivers, was professional, reassuring and very efficient. He dealt with the rental, the agreement, finding great tenants, arranged Carpet cleaning etc for us, taking photos at start, 6mth inspection and finish of tenancy. Very supportive and great communication at all times.

   We have been using this great local company for almost two years now and they have provided an excellent managed service for our rental property. Any issues relating to the tenancy have been resolved speedily and very professionally and both we and the tenants have been kept fully informed at every stage. All documentation was provided swiftly and accurately and sound advice was provided when requested. As a newbie landlord I had many questions which Ben dealt with extremely patiently and thoroughly, making the process and overall experience less stressful than I had imagined. A value added aspect of the service is that Ben is always available to be contacted outside of normal office hours and responds to emails etc very quickly. His friendly and calm approach to finding solutions is certainly an asset to the company. I would recommend this company very highly and wish them every success.
