   Really bad experience today 10/12. Went to see Mountains on stage. Was supposed to start at 7pm, didn't in fact start till 7:45pm. The 10 min interval turned into half an hour. A group of about 30 people left before seeing the last movie as it got so late. Issues with lights, sound and temperature. Something has gone really wrong there and no apology or acknowledgement from anyone.

   I do not want to come back again after the experience me and my wife went through in this cinema! We pay the unlimited offer and we go to watch films all the time there, never had a problem. My wife has really bad anxiety and enjoys going to watch films, as it’s an activity we like to do together. We were 10 mins into the film and people were walking in and out. We all of a sudden got a complaint about us being loud, we understand that they are just doing there jobs but considering my wife has anxiety she could not be in the room due to this complaint, bare in mind we hadn’t even said anything, if we did we do quietly. I also do not know anyone who just sits in a film and says nothing at all the whole time.

   Highly recommend this venue as the seating was comfortable and the staff were helpful with an awkward situation that had accord. Had one a virgin experience voucher to be used at your event. However the app did not work despite saying your voucher has been used up. The Manager and his staff were incredible as seeing me activate the voucher there and then, aloud me and my girlfriend to go see Tron 3 for free. Thank you for your kind hospitality, will definitely come visit you again.

   This cinema is so old it makes the dinosaurs look fresh. The seats are dirty and uncomfortable. There’s no seat tray for food and snacks (the seats aren’t big enough to accommodate them) so you’re forced to put them on the floor like some kind of peasant. The seats at the front are so close to the screen you’re practically in the film or craning your neck so hard you need to see a physio afterwards. I can’t stress enough that this place costs more than the other chains and is so much worse. I won’t come back. I will tell everyone I know to avoid cineworld. It’s an absolute con. Edit: I also note that the cinema only responds to positive reviews - so be assured of the authenticity of those who leave negative reviews.

   Cineworld Broughton is hands down one of the best spots for a movie night in the area! The highlight has to be the 4D cinema experience – it’s next-level. The moving seats, wind, scents, and effects really pull you into the action. Makes watching a film feel like an adventure! The cinema itself is spacious, clean, and well-kept. There’s plenty of parking too, so no stress about finding a spot, even on busy weekends. Loads of food options nearby if you want to grab a bite before or after your movie. Perfect place for families, date nights, or just catching the latest blockbuster with mates. Definitely worth checking out if you haven’t tried the 4D yet – it’s a game changer!

   We watched, 'Antman Quantumania'. The experience was generally good, staff were good and pleasant. My only issue was at the post credit scene the lights stayed on, meaning we couldn't see the extra bonus scene we waited an extra 10 minutes for!! Told the staff, and they said, "Yeah, the switch times need changing." No apology!!

   Perfect thank you but this is on a medical note the 4DX effects gave early sign of a siezure (I'm a sufferer) the staff where wonderful and understanding and helped to the Cinimax and we can't thank them enough. Just normal screens from now on. But amazing theater. 10 stars amazing atmosphere and building screens effects as spoke to people who went twice to see Titanic loved it and are the effects. We will be back for normal viewing. But amazing huge appreciation to the quality f staff and understanding.

   £4.50 for a regular soft drink? Come on! Comfy seat, good job for this length of film. Watched Avatar in IMAX, well, what can I say, SPECTACULAR, FANTASTIC and lots more. It's a long film, but time does go well, plenty of action and thought provoking sceens. 3d effects are excellent, good story nicely followed on from the 1st film using past characters, nice ending left open enough for the next film. James Cameron is amazing, what ever he is on, I want some. 10 out of 10

   Prefer this cinema to others as online booking makes scanning tickets and getting to seats quicker and easier. Films are always as good a quality sound/picture wise as you can get these days - can't speak for 3D or 4DX personally though. Only comment would be snacks and drinks prices are a little on the steep side, as they are in most cinemas I suppose
