   Dreadful service nobody acknowledged me they prefer to answer phones, when I did get served they forgot to give me flux so I couldn't do the job I needed the materials for . I felt they don't value there customers at all I was just an inconvenience.

   Useless. Wanted a replacement flush pipe. Brought the old one with me. They gave me one which they said was correct and they are all a universal pipe. Turns out that it’s not universal at all and this only became apparent after cutting as you could not fit the pipe in to try it before cutting. External diameter the same but the internal is slightly different. A simple “is this for a Dudley cistern?” Would have stoppped this. Time and money wasted. Asked another independent that I needed a new pipe and was asked “is this for a push fit”? When I said push fit in city plumbing they told me I was mistaken and that parts a missing. Great effort.
