   I placed an order on May 7th, emphasizing that it was an important order for us, with a promise of delivery by May 12th. We waited the entire day, but the tool was not delivered, nor did we receive any updates from Protool. After reaching out to them, we were informed that the delivery would not happen on the promised date. Instead, they stated it would arrive on May 14th, "all being well." This delay not only damaged our reputation with the customer but also led to a fine due to our contractual obligations. The only response we received from Protool was, "We are sorry." Therefore, if you are considering placing an important order with them, make sure to get everything in writing!
