   I dont leave reviews especially bad ones unless I have been treated bad. I ve been yesterday Friday 28/11 at 10:55 in your shop . I was looking around amd at some a guy named Pranav, came to me and pressured me to go to the till in 30 seconds as they are closed and he was showing me his watch . He came 30 seconds after and with a bad attitude, told me to go to the till. I got really upset as he wasnt polite at all and didnt gave me enough notice that they are closing . I understand that they wanted to go home , but there is more polite way to speak to your customers that are leaving their money to the shop and expecting a decent service at least . His behaviour was like he was speaking to a slave . This is something that you need to sort as I wont be coming again if your staff is so aggressive. On the pros, there was another guy that was polite with me and said that he will speak with him about his attitude.

   Have the worst workers there pay for all my thing but they always hold me up stealing wat is it because im wearing Hugo boss and Nike?they need to respect there people they just umbaras me for no reason

   Great little tesco, staff are great! Especially the young lady sorry i don’t know her name. They always remember my vape order and have it ready before i’ve even had to say anything, great customer service. Only complaint would be the silly car park but i can’t drive so lucky me :)

   A very rude member of staff! I went to buy a costa coffee early in the morning with some food. On the way out the lady who works there shouted in rude manage 'hey, you need to pay'. She didn't check if I have paid and wasn't at the till when I paid at self checkout. If she believed that I didn't pay, she could have walked out to the car park and asked politely. The situation could have been easily deescalated by saying that she was wrong to shout at me and should have checked before shouting at me. all of this happened in front of other customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable in front of other people in the store. Then when I came back, I was told that manager is not in. So I asked for her name so I can complain to manager later. She refused to give her name and started to hide her name badge. I later spoke to other member of staff later and he told me to leave the number for the manager and that he will reach out when he is in the store. It has been 10 days and this hasn't yet happened. So it feels like he isn't interested in what has happened. Overall very disappointed with treatment at this branch where I shopped regularly at least twice per week.

   Poor service and really poor customer care. last visit I was taking a coffe and politely ask for lids to close the coffe no one did care about me or the machine. Then because the cafe was cold I took another cafe this time expresso cause there was small lids. The idiot of security was arranssing me and intimidating me to pay for an uncompleted service and cold coffe.

   I had several refusals to accept my Telegraph paper vouchers saying their till says out of date when it is not out of date at all. Some staff override the till, Aman refuses. No manager available to talk to Tesco at Brooklands have accepted the voucher without any problem. Tesco complaints department also agrees that the voucher is valid when I took a photo and emailed it.

   Useful, little shop if you're on foot... But not easy for parking, with limited space. It's a small shop, but packs in a lot, with a decent selection of fruit and veg, a small selection fresh meat, most of the basic tinned stuff you'd need, bread, frozen and dairy.
