   The woman working on the deli counter butchered the 3 slices of ham we wanted. All three were wedge shaped! Perhaps it was here first day on the job but it was shocking when we saw the result of her efforts when we got home.

   Great store with a large variety of food Staff always pleasant I bought some halibut steaks from the fish counter on Saturday and Paolo was superb he advice me on how to cook the fish and the sauce to go with it . Top !!

   Good selection of food but the staff is not the best. I went to guy few things included ibuprofen. This is an article that is age restricted. I am 38 years old with visible white hair. The gentleman at the till didn’t want to sell it to me because I was not having an ID to proof that I was over 25. This happened one day after finishing my run with my sport clothes. The same gentlemen have sold me alcohol without asking for an ID when I was wearing my office clothes.

   I liked this place but no one came to automatic tills to see what was wrong with it. I looked around for staff and no one came. Then I went to use another one. I go outside to watch and see that an English lady needed help and a sales assistant went to help the English lady. I can't really believe it is getting to this level and outside London.

   One branch with descent location but not that good and willing to help you staff members . I asked a member of staff to check if they had microwave popcorn but he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered and said that item was out of stock. 1 minute later I found a box of them right next to the checkout.

   A nice branch of Waitrose. One will get what one expects to get from a Waitrose. A slight more attention to the coffee machines - coffee beans and milk refill - would be desirable as one of the main coffee machine is a fairly distant from the help desk and an enquiry for the coffee machine is often directed to the help desk.

   A bit smaller store but good location and plenty of parking in the garage. Fresh meat counter with good selection of different cuts of meat. Service Personal all friendly.

   This waitrose was clean and tidy and had helpful staff. It wasnt busy and i didn't have to wait long to be served. Also got a few items on discount as they were marked with yellow stickers.
