   I would like to bring to your attention a safety concern I experienced at your establishment on 30th January around 8:30 PM. The front door was locked at this time and appeared to be controlled by staff. Unfortunately, there was no visible notice or precaution indicating that the door would be locked, which nearly caused me to hit my head while attempting to enter the store. A staff member was present and observed the situation, but they neither opened the door nor ensured that the automatic function was operating as expected. This lack of assistance and communication posed a potential safety risk. I kindly request that you consider implementing clearer signage or ensuring that staff members assist customers appropriately when the door is locked. This will help prevent similar incidents in the future and improve the overall customer experience.

   It is very conveniently located, the branch is quite tidy but the staff I found are very rude, very miserable all the time and not helpful and not friendly. I wonder how they passed the interview and got the jobs there Seriously, even though I'm 5 minute walk from the shop but I won't go back there to do the shopping again. The customer service is so bad.

   The staff rarely replace the "No Parking" cones in the Dawlish Drive pavement space to prevent illegal parking. They also fail regularly to sweep up the gravel kicked off their property onto the pavement. Very poor customer relations!

   Love the convenience but there was no way for me to get this stupid Tesco club card I tried and tried I’m from Canada fair enough but he was trying to sell me batteries at a cheaper price if I had a club card I’ve been here 20 minutes now I don’t really care I’m not that kind of person but what an otter waste of time they want you to get the club card my mother-in-law has a club car she lives a block away what is with the club car don’t forget your club card club card your club card but you can’t get the club card with a joke.
