   decided to try a new grocers for once, i bought a few dairy items in the store.. one of which turned out to be expired. stock mishaps happen, but what makes this review is the service at the store. the cashier handed me the wrong change back, almost double less, knowingly, as he said a different amount to try to cover it up- all while smiling and clearly not expecting me to check. wont be coming back again, id suggest others visiting to make sure your items are within dates and that youre handed change back correctly/the amount displayed before tapping your card. disappointing.

   We bought Baklava that looked deceptively good. I asked if it was fresh and made of butter. It was 15.99 per kg and bought a few different pieces for 10 pounds. After taking a bite from 2, we threw the rest away. It was old and tasted of nothing but rancid used oil, which smelt like vomit. Thought it dishonest to claim it was made with butter and it wasn't even fresh. I would have given zero but the minimum is 1.

   Fascinating education in all things spice! Great local resource, I visit regularly to stock up. Although shop is usually busy, staff are very helpful. Would be 5 stars if there was more space!!

   One of the shops I always visit to get my Iranian products from, their products are always good quality and reasonably priced. They have halal butcher, fresh vegetables & herbs, fresh nuts and Iranian sweet cakes. Definitely a shop to visit. The staff are kind and very helpful, and the shop is clean and tidy.
