   Okay I don’t understand this, if you’ve agreed to become an Evri drop-off parcel shop, you should be aware of the parcel sizes Evri accepts and allocate proper space for them. If you don’t have the space, then don’t sign up as one, so you don’t waste people’s time carrying their parcels all the way there only to be refused! I’ve been dropping off my parcels at this location for about a year, and this evening the person behind the till told me, “I’m sorry, we only accept small parcels.” Whatever “small” is supposed to mean! It was never an issue before and there’s no clear information displayed to explain this new restriction

   Was met by the rudest member of staff this evening, I needed something from behind counter & was bluntly told to “just use the self scan”. Complete lack of customer service & actually added far more time to this transaction when it could have been completed in less than a minute. Completely unnecessary

   Just a quick note for the team here. I love stopping by in the morning, but I've found that the coffee machine is almost always still being set up or is unavailable. As a lot of us morning people are on the hunt for our coffee fix, it would be awesome if it could be ready to go right away. Thanks for all your hard work!"

   Very rude staff, especially Vinay, I came to the store at 10:54 and the store was closed and I was refused entry, as far as I was aware from Google and the sign outside the store the store closes at 11pm. I was refused service and told that they close 10 minutes before 11pm, very disappointing.

   No meal deal especially before 09:00 ? Bakery / sandwiches section is always empty in the morning & Most annoying Coffee Machine is out of order almost every second day , Poor management

   As usual the “fresh” meat is disgusting. For the second time in two weeks I have bought chicken which is smelly and off. It’s clearly the delivery process or bad fridges, either way, it’s so unacceptable from a big supermarket like Tesco

   Tesco were not answering the phone even though I rang several times (“the phone is upstairs“) and the Hermes return service is not operational so don’t waste your time.

   Nice little Tesco with friendly staff. They really need to address the parking issue in the mornings, people park there to take their kids to school so unable to use the car park for what it's supposed to be used for. Had to sit and wait for ages on a couple of occasions.

   This team is absolutely amazing. I use them every day to support my business and on a number of occasions they have gone over and above to help out. They have always supported us and without them I’m not sure what we would do. One thing is being convenient it’s another is being a part of the community. Thanks to you all.
