I use to work for Tesco and I was very dissapointed with the Lady behind the cigarette counter & lottery ticket desk i went there to buy a lottery ticket and I had Β£1.50 in 50pence pieces and Β£1.00 in 2 pence pieces and she refused to take my hard earned money..please can the irish director please have a word,and can other customers please start taking there small change into this establishment..I was very embarrassed and dissapointed..

I forget my cardholder today in between 3:30pm - 4:00pm. I asked to storemanger to check for me , he was very rude and told me we didn't received any cardholder here. I request him many times to check the camera but he denied for everything .it was horrible experience with the staff not acceptable at all.

I always come here because they usually have great deals. Today however, I came with my daughter whoβs just visiting London and it left a very bad impression on her. One staff literally shooed us away from the fridge while sheβs marking clearance items. Speak of rudeness!

I visited your store today and had a very disappointing experience. I purchased two gift cards and went to use the self-checkout. Unfortunately, one of my payments didnβt go through, yet the machine still processed it and took the money. I went to the customer service desk, where a lady named Janet was very helpful and kind. She explained that she would need to consult with the duty manager. However, the duty manager seemed uninterested in assisting me. She was on the phone and didnβt make any effort to understand or resolve the issue. Instead, she called over a team leader named Raj, who was incredibly rude. He started shouting at me, accusing me of being a thief, and insisted that it was my fault without even attempting to listen to my side of the story. I suggested that the CCTV footage could be reviewed to verify what happened, but Raj continued to be dismissive and unhelpful. I was shocked by his behaviour and lack of professionalism, especially when compared to Janet, who handled the situation calmly and respectfully. If I were in charge of the store, I would promote Janet to a leadership position, as she demonstrated far better customer service skills. It is my hope that Tesco will review the conduct of staff like Raj and consider promoting individuals who truly excel in customer service. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I hope that steps will be taken to restore the level of service I expect from Tesco.

I am volunteer in Olio. Today 26/11/2024, I was sick and asked another food waste hero to cover me , he went at the store at the time 20:30 but a man told him to wait until 21:00 , as they don't give food earlier. Ok, a volunteer was waiting for the other 30 minutes, then a manager of Tesco store, was forcing him to take all the food what they have with expiring date or they will cancel the slot and not give anything at all. I was speaking with a manager or an employee over the phone but he even did not want to listen to me, he was rude . There was a lot of bottles of milk, which are very heavy to carry in hands. How fair is it? If a volunteer can not carry more than 15 kg and doesn't have a car ? He will bin all this food or better to give a part of food to a volunteer and share with people in need. This behaviour so disgusting and looks like a harassment. In the end the man who didn't want to tell his name, refused to give any food to a volunteer who spend his time and money to go to this store. This behaviour is unacceptable, please instruct your employers .

Very rude staff on the till at the tobacco section .. 19:04pm . Customers can decide where they want to pay .. self check in was busy that's why I opted to stand in the queue. As I was 3rd.. n this staff member is telling me rudely why didn't you do self check in .. while the queue was still long ..purely shows poor management.. I normally shop at Tesco Extra Neasden , very helpful n infact much older than these rude staff.. very disappointed with this outlet..

I don't normally write reviews for supermarket stores but I'll make an exception this one time. I've been living right next to this Tesco for ~2 years, and it's been the primary place I shop at for that duration. The place is clean, tidy and well-organised. I've literally never had any problem here. I can't relate with most reviews below one bit. The reviews that are especially rubbing me wrong are from a certain kind of people who seem to have problem with the store staff talking to each other in Gujarati. These people's hatred knows no bounds, and they'd vote for Brexit again if they could.

This is one dirty shop. The most disgusting place I have ever seen !!! Floor is dirty,shelves are not stocked,staff talking in foreign language between each other. Fridges are filthy and doors on them open. I also seen a member of the staff arguing with customer. Shouting and arrogant. Then she went and start speaking to her colleagues in foreign language and done a gesture with her hands! Honestly it was like in different world.. This place need a manager and training and hygiene control.
