   Management needs to have a word with their staff about customer service. Most staff have zero manners, and have no politeness. Not nice to leave a supermarket you’ve been going your whole life to see it change like this in recent years. Not the first time I’ve had poor service from a staff here. Please do something about this cause it’s not okay to speak to customers with attitude and rudeness. Rude Indian aunty at the till, learn some manners

   I have been shopping at the Alperton branch for closed to 7 years and I can confirm that Ally is exceptionally cheerful and always ready to assist. She definitely deserves recognition if not already is. Great service

   Absolutely shocking experience at this store. A promotion for 25% off 6 bottles of prosecco was clearly displayed, but the discount didn’t apply at the checkout. Instead of honouring the promotion, staff removed the label in front of me and claimed it had expired. What followed was completely unacceptable. I was wrongly accused of bringing my own label and then falsely accused of taking photos of staff with no evidence whatsoever. I was taken to a security room, pressured to show my phone, forced to apologise for supposedly being “loud”, and even threatened with the police — all over a pricing dispute that was caused by the store’s own mistake. This was humiliating, intimidating, and totally disproportionate behaviour. If this is how they treat customers who simply question a displayed price, it’s extremely concerning. I hope head office takes this seriously because the way this incident was handled was completely out of order.

   I’ve been a loyal Sainsbury’s customer for over 8 years and never had any issues until I moved near Wembley. My closest store is the Alperton branch, and from the start, I noticed a clear difference compared to the Sainsbury’s I used to visit in Haringey. I gradually got used to it, but lately the lack of professionalism, training, and politeness from both staff and management has become unacceptable. I was previously scammed by the Argos manager inside the store—thankfully, my credit card company refunded me. But what happened last week was the final straw. After finishing our grocery shopping, my wife went back inside to buy cigarettes while I took the bags to the car. She soon returned saying the cashier refused to sell them because she didn’t have ID and was supposedly underage, my wife is nearly 40 years old! We both went back inside, and I asked the cashier again, but she still refused to sell us the cigarettes because my wife didn’t have ID, even if I had mine, I was shocked. When I asked to speak to the manager, I expected some common sense, but instead, the manager supported the cashier. It was absurd. We had just bought our groceries, including six bottles of wine, yet they refused to sell us cigarettes. The staff at this branch clearly need proper training on customer service and how to apply store policies with judgment and respect. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be shopping at this Sainsbury’s again.

   A good sized car park and found a space easily. My wife and daughter just needed the toilet and found them extremely dirty hence the 1 star. Also exiting the supermarket can be very busy as it exits onto a busy junction. I can’t comment on the actual store but looked a good size.

   Great store always fully stocked. Will have what you are looking for nearly all the time. Has a fresh bakery section near the back. Contains sn Argos which is very handy. The staff is incredibly kind. Lots of parking spots so you don't have to worry and a lovely walk by the canal.

   Large store with petrol station. Lots of parking space but with plenty of bad drivers trying to get to the nearest row. Argos kiosk in-store. Self-scan terminals with dedicated checkout area which is hardly used, so you'll be able to get out quicker.

   Sainburys is great! When we are looking for that special ingredient or specific cleaning product… There is high chance you will find it there. The prices are now competitive with Aldi and Lidl of course! Just remember to keep on the budget! The good thing is that they accept nectar card so we can collect points. They have a petrol station and bus stops just outside it. And… if you have time, stop by the Chinese market just opposite. We’ll worth the visit! Sainburys is a smart supermarket.

   Located in Ealing road close to alperton , this particular branch has all the services in one place. The gas station is outside and prices are lower when compared to Esso in the same road. One the entrance to the left who gave Travel money and customer services followed by clothing for kids and adults. The dress collection was very limited however they have school uniforms there which is handy. Further to the end they have home accessories electronics, really good collections. The Meat and deli counters are on the end of the shop. Further to right end they have Pharmacy which was busy. Most of the freezers and salad counter was closed. Close to checkout they have Argos and Timpson. Argos store has more stock when compared to other Sainsbury's. Well displayed store all in one place with ample parking . Gets very busy during weekends.
