   Today i visit the store and i just asked the lady who work there where can i find rosemary she didn’t reply and after i went there and ask can you show me she said it was there and she show me and i said i need only rosemary was so rudely reply we don’t sell rosemary it was so rude and arrogant this kind of staff ruin reputation of tesco and loosing customers because of this kind of staff I prefer not visit again they dont have manners to talk. Never visit again

   One Saturday morning, I went to this Tesco to buy my energy drink and some fruits, after picking what i needed, i went to the self machine to pay and someone need to approve the energy drink. There was a lady called SASHA seating down and looking at her phone in the counter, I raised my hands and clapped to her attention so she can approved my drink. She looked up and started insulting me, saying have you checked is not approved, why are you clapping your hands, is that how to call a lady? She went on and on, until her colleagues came. I asked her, is this how you treat customers? Do you want to lose your job? She responded with, you can try. She sounded like someone that can’t be held accountable. She was very rude. I think she been doing it for a long time and get away with it. She is untouchable. This is my local Tesco, i shop there every day. I went to the store to speak with the store manager but he was not available. Bad experience. Unreal.

   Security man and cashier closing the shop at 22:50 .Why advertise that you are open till 23:00 .no supervision security acting like he owns the shop.

   Messy Tesco Express located right in the middle of Wembley high road which is good in a way if only the two woman and the short little plump indian man would let us shop in peace instead of showing us that "they" are putting out the delivery not moving not standing slightly back even to let customers pass by! What shall we do? Jump over your heads like horse's ? Why do you have staff like this Tesco? Not helpful or friendly, and they don't like their jobs too. Mistake shopping in here.

   Good to have a Tesco next to the residence but certainly painful to witness terrible customer experience. Well first it’s your luck if you find anyone to help you in the first place and when you do His/Her Majesty don’t have time for it. Also if I ask for a bag, I don’t mind putting my things in it myself which I always have to do but at least you can try to give the bag nicely rather than throwing it on me and then stand there impatiently watching me putting the things and giving an impression that I’m holding the queue and why can’t I just make a payment and get out. Otherwise, just a regular Tesco with limited products. They don’t keep big bottles of milk anymore. Fresh croissants at front are not fresh. Already happened twice that I purchased a couple of items only to find out that they are expired. Went back, told the staff, returned the items and staff was like Ok thanks. Thankfully they have got upgraded self checkouts now so mostly I don’t have to experience bad attitude at the till.

   I am going there at last 3 times per week, and every morning they are opening 5 or 10 minutes late. Today i asked why ,and Anjana ( one of the employees, i think this her name ) said that they are busy. I said ok but and somehow she mentioned something like ,, i don't care " . Very rude and unprofessional.. hope the management will take action.
