Will someone please tell the lady member of staff not sure her name but older looking, slim with very short silvery blonde hair and usually wears a corvid mask to stop picking silly faults in people like how they speak where they put their basket etc,the other day she chastised a man who looked possibly autistic about not saying please and thank you and refused to give him a plastic bag although he was being perfectly civil to her.She clearly has mental health related issues and I am pretty sure she does this sort of thing to other people as well. Also a second member of staff is badly neaded on the customer services counter as it is very frustrating going over there to enquire about something rather important like a lost or missing item or for a refund only to be stuck for ages and ages behind the lottery ticket brigade pursuing their hypothetical future fortunes. Apart from these issues a very good store all considered and the only proper supermarket in leafy affluent Richmond upon Thames other than the various Tesco express' or expensive Waitrose or Marks and Spencers.

Products moved to often, confusing customer. Upon entering the store you think you are in a chemist. Lovely clothes which greeted you upon arrival previously at front of store now pushed to back of store with very reduced choice of items. Book choice practically vanished. Off to M&S.

Large superstore size. Has a Argos on the far right & Starbucks on the outside. Toilets are usually clean and open. Plenty of food options. The international Isles are good. This branch has a bigger selection of alcohol than other stores. Plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles.

A very nice large grocery store, much like an American grocery store. The store was very clean and well organised. They carry a wide variety of goods and have a very nice beer and wine selection, including a good variety of craft beers. Reasonable prices and plenty of parking.

This is an excellent Sainsbury's, and an excellent supermarket. It's clean, modern, has plenty of product selection, staff are always helpful and it's never that busy in the day. I love how well organised the shelves are, staff do well here, and the store layout is very good and easy. Great location, parking and petrol station. Starbucks and Argos is also a bonus. My favourite place for shopping now in Richmond. Outstanding bakery and bread selection.

This supermarket is finally shining again. Better quality than Lidl and price matched too. AND, no need to have a store card unlike annoying Tesco with their 'dopey' club card. When will they understand, I and most single men fo not carry store loyalty cards?

It's ok Sainsbury's. Typical but big Sainsbury's. Got big parking, Petrol, car wash etc. Overall it serves the purpose but some things are annoying. Even before pandemic they have been running out of stock. fruits, veg, pasta, whole milk, eggs! There were no bin bags for almost month last year. I really don't get why they cannot manage the stocks.

As theatres go, this one sounds great. The seats are scaled in a way that allows easy viewing and the acoustics are great. The lobbies are the most beautiful i’ve seen in London. We went here to watch Frozen the musical and was overall a great evening

This is one of the largest Sainsbury's supermarket. Sainsbury in general is the second largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom, Founded in 1869 by John James Sainsbury with a shop in Drury Lane, London, the company became the largest retailer of groceries in 1922. This particular Sainsbury's has a pharmacy and an Argos. A large car park with a separate entrance and exit. This Sainsbury's has a large selection of magazine as well as a good collection of toys. A modest collection of clothes and shoes. This store has an envious world food selection. A good selection of Vegan and Vegetarian foods. Bakery is modest with a Starbucks coffee shop attached to it.
