Lot of young unexperienced staff. Bit of a shambles. Pallets in way people struggling to get past . Electrical wires all over floor for xmas decorations. Health hazard. Rest of store ok lot to look at on 2 floors. Just needs a good tidy up. Same as the st helens one I went there last week.

Ordered an item on the Wilko website to collect here - it said online that it was in stock and would be ready to collect in 1 hour. I went to the store 4 hours later and the woman at customer services said it wasn’t ready to collect yet as they hadn’t ‘got round’ to doing the click and collect orders. Why advertise a 1 hour click and collect service if the staff view this timeframe as optional?? I then said I’d need to cancel the order as I’m not from the area, I was only in Warrington to go to IKEA round the corner. The woman called over her colleague and I explained the situation to him, and he said he could quickly go and ‘see if we’ve got the item in stock’. If?? He came back and said that the item was out of stock and cancelled my order. So not only was my 1 hour click and collect order not ready 4 hours later, the item I ordered was out of stock. Terrible service.

The selection in the store was very good however the one star rating and poor review is about the staff. We found a throw which didn’t have a price label underneath (this seemed to be a common occurrence throughout the store). We asked a lady who we now know is called Yvonne how much it was, she went to scan it and told us it was £7. Then after getting to the tills with the rest of the shopping the laundry basket we were buying which said £5 on the label came to £9.99. Then the throw which she told us was £7 came to £9.99 as well. She was called back to the tills as we wanted to ask about why the price was different from what she told us. A member of staff told her it was £9.99 and she said “yeah that’s what I thought it was”. So we asked her why did you tell us it was £7 then? And she said no I did not which we then told her she did. She then pulled a face at us, rolled her eyes and said “you must’ve heard me wrong then” and walked off. Her manner and attitude was beyond rude and disrespectful as well as unprofessional. I would be ashamed if I was her manager.

I used to visit the Range branch at Widnes before its closure. It is so amazing to find that there is a bigger shop in the Warrington central area. The shop size is huge with 2 floors. There is also Iceland inside the store. They should be very good partners that provide synergy and additional convenience to the customers. There are different categories of items including household, stationery, bedding, electrical appliances, etc.. I feel specially excited to find Wilko products here again. Nevertheless, it seems that they don't have enough staff. Besides, there is no clear direction about the distribution of different products. Hopefully, the shop management will improve asap

Had a lovely day shopping with a friend at the Range, expensive cup of coffee. £100 fine for going over two hours on the car park. Shame on you, when your car park is never full. Will definitely shop elsewhere

A shop for everyone, plenty of choices, good prices, looking forward to visiting for the Christmas shopping. Very good quality outdoor furniture. A good selection of household items
