Strongly advise not to use. They are rude and don’t want to help. So many issues to note but the latest, I called and they said they would have codeine ready for me to collect at 4pm (I desperately needed this before New Year’s Day). When my wife went in at 4, they said she was lying and I hadn’t spoke to anyone. Useless.
Absolutely appalling. I mean who forgets to add a prescription who's been on them for over 9 years plus. Gets them every Wednesday. At the same time every Wednesday. They even miss pills out if blister packs. One of the male ones are super rude and confrontational. And when confronted he makes sure to speak or even shout louder so the audience can hear. You'll be stood there and stood there whilst their off having their own conversations instead of serving people. I mean we're all here to pick up a prescription not to hear your gossip and drama. Sort yourselves out. Plus the fact you should be taking feedback considering you've got a 3.7 n the doctors next door are only rated 2 stars and then you blame eachother for prescriptions. Been coming here for several years, I work late and it used to be great as was open late into the evening, but hours have been repeatedly condensed and now shuts at 6 pm. There is a bloke working there who is mentioned in a lot of other comments I have had issues with. He is just needlessly aggressive, seems to just be waiting to have a fight. Now they're not open late I'll probably change to somewhere this guy doesn't work.
Both my husband and myself have been Rudely spoken too by the man (pharmacist) On two separate occasions. While I was speaking and trying to explain my situation, her Rudely cut my off and said if you let me finish in front of a full audience. More or less tried to tell my husband on a different occasion that he was wrong. When i had received a txt from my Drs stating they had been an error with my Prescription. Then man has a lot of attitude. He was then heard saying, I wish I had not come in today. Very unprofessional in both cases.

Rudest people I have ever come across. Completely ignore you when you enter, then most times tell you it’s either not ready or out of stock. I was more or less told hard luck when an asthma inhaler was unavailable. Have now changed pharmacies.
Ordered emergency contreception, went later that day to collect for the woman behind the counter to shout “it’s only been ordered today course it’s not ready” I whispered please can you just look at what it is and youl see it needs to be today, the doctor has put it through as an emergency hours ago. She shouted out yeh I can see it’s ‘levonelle’ in front of multiple other customers, no confidentiality at all. A colleague from the back overheard and said I did that earlier it’s next to you, she was in the back and still heard what she shouted out. Disgraceful and not professional at all. Terrible for the colleagues to hear that and not acknowledge the wrongdoing.
Attitude problems or what!!! Told to call after 6pm to collect prescription from this morning to be told items not in stock. Staff are often rude and it feels like your a massive inconvenience to them for them having to do there job! Had it now changed to pharmacy2u for my routine prescriptions and anything I need urgently I will use a more friendly pharmacy that's not too far away!
Genuinely have no idea how they are still operating. They are open late, but never seem to have anything done, staff are rude and often clueless. Pretty simple that you serve a customer as they come, rather than tell them "come back later, were doing other stuff"
My Dr. prescribed some much needed medication late on Sunday afternoon. Priory Pharmacy didn’t have the prescription I needed in stock, so the pharmacist rang round to other pharmacies to check who had in stock for me. Extremely grateful for this very kind and efficient service.
