   Always an easy experience at this pharmacy, seen really promptly, staff all friendly and helpful. They are able to assist with lots more issues now that you would have had to go to doctors for before. Good opening hours. No issues at all!

   Useless pharmacy. I switched to this cohens as Fairburn drive one were constantly missing items off my prescription. I collected my repeat prescription Friday evening for the weekend - missing insulin the most important part of the prescription (I’m a type one diabetic) this is probably the 4th time this has happened. Beyond in competent everytime I go in - last time I went to collect they tried to tell me I wasn’t a registered patient despite collecting my prescriptions here for the last 2 years!! Sort it out

   I am most impressed with the service provided to me by Ali over the past week or two. Whilst dispensing a new prescription he proactively sat me down and took time to explain the drug and how it worked. He offered to take my BP, and then arranged and fitted a 24hr ambulatory monitoring device for me before spending time explaining the results. He also rang me after a week to see how I was getting on with my meds. Thank you for your time and patience Ali, and for a truly first class service.

   Ridiculously slow, often get things mixed up and confused, drove here to pick up my dads prescription and about 40 minutes later of being told wrong information, he was told it was there all along, and they did the exact same thing to another lady in there. A Friday afternoon by the way- last thing we want when we have plans. Joke of a service

   I have used this chemist from when it was further down main street. I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly. The service they provide is brilliant. I no longer have to worry about ringing the busy doctors for repeat prescriptions I just ring Cohens directly and they sort it so it's ready to collect or be delivered for free. Being directly in the doctor's surgery is an added bonus.
