   They advertise Hermes parcelshop but their printer service doesn't work. Hasn't worked for months and they've done nothing to fix it!

   Went here this morning to pick-up a package and ask if the Evri return label maker works again (as it was broken for weeks) and she said “yes, all working again”. I make a second trip with my return package during my lunch in the 40 degrees heat and turns out the label maker doesn’t actually work at all. When I asked they couldn’t care less. If you aren’t going to be an Evri point, please get the service removed as this is just false advertising! Or get some staff that can actually manage the machine

   Go to Sainsbury's instead, this Tesco ha empty shelves and open fridges wasting electricity at a time that no one can afford. Guys, in 3 years your shelves have never been full. Do better please
