   I collected a parcel. Showed my ID on my phone. The man who served me raised his voice and accused me of not showing it to him properly even though i enlarged it fully. If you couldn't see it why not ask me to enlarge it more! Twice my size, rude and aggressive. Won’t be going back in a hurry! Not a safe place for female shoppers.

   The Asian man at the checkout with the red jumper is so rude and has an attitude, was my first time dropping off a parcel there and as I got to the counter he just says “what” with an attitude and not helpful at all.

   I was scared to come here based on reviews, but it's perfect for shipping parcels. I came after 6.30pm to send a Relay parcel that was unusually wrapped. The young man at the till was courteous, scanned my code and slapped on a shipping label. 10 seconds of efficient service and I was out the door.

   Went to pick my parcel last night and was told it was too late to pick up. I got there 9:10pm, the guy behind the counter was so rude and told me they don't do parcel collections after 9pm. When I told him that's not the case and there are no notice about that, he told me he turned the machine off and it takes 30 mins to come back on. Making up the rules as he like. I've never had a good customer service experience at this store. Enough is enough and from today I'll change my collection point. For a busy :convenient" store they really know how to inconsiderate people. Terrible service

   Went there with my friends yesterday to buy something and the creepy guy working there was filming us inside the shop! We confronted him and he lied that he did and then finally he stopped lying and showed us the video after fighting with him to show us the video and he deleted it. We have called the police as he shouldnt be filming young girls!! DISGUSTING

   I would highly recommend avoiding this convenience store. They racially profiled me and my friends for no apparent reason. Of course, the people that work here go by stereotypes it seems. Their employee thought it necessary to record us as we ARE PAYING at the counter. I confronted the hipster looking employee and he proceeded to lie for about 5 minutes, all while shaking and not being able to formulate a sentence without tripping up on his words(hard to maintain a lie!); then, eventually, after another local got involved and called him weird for recording three women, he admitted he was recording and deleted the footage. Had we not confronted him, a random guy would have had our movements and faces on his mobile device! do not feel safe going there again. Don't fund their pockets. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

   WORST CONVENIENCE STORE IN LONDON Went with my friends to get a sweet after work and we were racially profiled. One of the employees started recording us without our consent and then lied to us when we confronted him. Didn't feel safe at all!

   I had to return an Amazon parcel once, and the staff were super friendly. I ended up choosing this same place for a SHEIN order delivery and I have nothing to complain. They were lovely, although I didn't buy anything in the store. Can be busy sometimes.

   They offer the parcel search for Vinted/Eri but look annoyed when you bring a parcel/have one to collect. Don’t sign up then. The lady actually rolled her eyes when I dropped one off. Just some constructive feedback.
