It has an accessible entrance, no toilets for customers, good parking at the back, but it needs payment and parking up front for a limited time. Good location for stopovers, Greggs, KFC, hairdressers, close neighbours, plus regular buses to get you there.

My local I go there often it's vastly improved and there's now more choice. I wished the security man at the door wouldn't be constantly talking loudly on his mobile phone, it's not a good look. I don't like the self service, there's just not enough space to put your stuff especially as dealing with large frozen bags and boxes etc it's quite annoying. Other than that it's a great shop.

Awful customer service and extremely dirty store, As a carer I know multiple disabled people now that have been accused of stealing when they have not it’s ridiculous and discrimination it’s quite clear that the people being picked on are disabled and can’t stick up for themselves and it’s quite clear this is the reason they are singled out. The manager is on a power trip. Following people round stores and causing drama for no reason. If your life is that sad and boring you have to lie about theft then i feel extremely bad for you.

I’ve had some disappointing experiences at this Iceland store. On one visit, my son picked up an online gaming voucher and brought it to me to ask if he could buy it. One of the older female staff members near the self-checkout area spoke to him quite rudely and told him off for simply picking it up. I found her tone completely inappropriate and had to step in. It’s also frustrating that the store often closes its doors before the advertised closing time. Even if you arrive a few minutes before closing, staff may refuse entry, saying they aren’t paid to stay late. Overall, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If it weren't for the store’s convenience, I imagine many people would choose to shop elsewhere.

One of the worst experience in this shop. Today I came to buy few items, one of them was a can of Lemonade Don Simon. Once I paid and left the shop i wanted to open the can but the pull tab got broken without even forcing it. I came back to the store and I ask the woman who is working there to swap the cans due this one I can't open. She said to me "Is your fault, you broke it, why did u break it then? anything outside the gates is your problem". I was shocked by her reply and I just wanted a soda can replacement... I asked her "Could you please call to your manager?" Seems like the manager was not available and she just asked another cashier if I can get a replacement and cashier said of course he can... I took another can and before I left the shop, she approached to me to tell me: "Don't break it this time and... be careful!!" I felt this woman was just waiting for me to leave to tell me those words. This an horrible experience for something so simple like get a can swap. This woman shouldn't work with this attitude. This is not an example of good customer experience. She should have a better hospitality manners. After this, Im not coming back anymore to this shop... By the way the new can had the same issue. So you should report it to the manufacturers...

Good place to shop wish they did more readymade meals as they used to. Used to be able to get 3 4 £10. Shelled prawns can't get them plus the big boy burgers. But not in stock anymore.

Have used it for years. Has a good product range. Great for buying food you don't wish to eat on the day. Wonderful delivery service. Prices are good for what you get.

If you want quick meal to make at a good price sop here, but don't expect to find other than basic food stuff.

Very poor selection of ready meals. Only 1 pasta bake and very few curries . Found a few things I wanted and got my 10% off for being 60 plus . Appalling today at Tooting 2. Asked what to do as a new bonus card holder and had to say which of my purchases had a reduction for a card holder !
