1. My KASHMIR ★☆☆☆☆

   Worst place ever. Close store whenever they want. It is suppose to be 24hrs but you will this place close at 9pm, 12am, 2am. Random days. No fix timetable. And if you ask they why. They say we are short of staff. Why on earth you don’t hire more people. Ridiculous

   NOT OPEN 24 HOURS Shuts from 11-6am, low staffing, unable to get essentials. Night worker so have been misled multiple times when hoping to catch the store open (as it’s “24 hours”) but it’s not!

   9 times out of 10 when I go there in the middle of the night it is not open yet says it's open 24/7. I live 20 mins walk away but going there after midnight and expecting it to be open is a waste of time so I don't bother anymore. It's ridiculous that I live this central and there are no 24 hr supermarkets. It's the same with the Tesco petrol station nearby that is supposedly 24 hr. Sometimes I will go there and they tell me to come back in 20 mins because they are having a delivery, like where do they think I'm going to go and hang out for 20 mins at 3 AM?

   errible on so many levels. I work at the hospital and buy my breakfast there most mornings. I start at 7am and arrive there 06:45, although it should be open 24/7, today, once more, they decided to open at 7am. Which is not doable for me as…. I work… I arrived there and there was a guy already arguing with them, 2 employees arrived and they said’7cclock, 7 o’clock…’ I asked since when as it is a 24 hours Tesco and they just ignored me and the other customers. This happens so many times, you go there and the store is closed and you can see them inside. On the top of that. One of the employees seem to like to bother people early morning by wanting attention, short white guy… he kinds of follow you and keep wanting conversations that customers clearly do not want… terrible place

   Advertised as open 24 hours. Regularly not so. Facing a hospital where people actually are working or fighting for their lives 24 hours and for a company worth billions, in this modern digital era,not to communicate its closure accurately by signage and modifying opening hours on website from the inaccurate to the accurate is sub intelligent and Carr less as profits soar. Farther along 100 metres worse, another supposedly " 24 hour " Tesco with petrol station attached has a huge illuminated neon sign with 10 ft high letters saying OPEN 24 HOURS and of a load of typical balony it's regularly closed. So as you count the hundreds of millions in profit, enter the 21st century and 1st World with some efficiency.

   I believe, the main manager of this place has some huge issues with math, because he doesn’t understand what 24h means. For the record, I’ll explain you: it means, the place is supposed to be opened 24 hours. To the manager: your lack of responsibility and commitment is not my priority.

   A family member went to collect a parcel for me with my ID as I'm unwell and they said they don't allow this and I will have to collect it myself. No other Evri collection point has this rule. Really unaccessible, what if this had been a family member of someone with a physical disability. Hope I recover in time to be able to collect it myself.

   Do not go here late at night with a gift card using Google Wallet. The stocking staff are discriminatory against people using Gift Cards and Google Wallet. Tesco's official policy is that gift cards cannot be loaded onto Google Pay and favours Apple Play, but Google Wallet lets you store Gift Cards (but does not generate a QR code) and is not Google Pay. Picture isn't of the guy who discriminated against me (the person who discriminated against me conveniently could not have a picture of his face taken by my camera (Pixel 6)) but knows the employee who discriminated against me for using a Tesco Gift Card in a Tesco store (Gift Cards from Tesco, according to Tesco, are supposed to be treated "like cash").

   This is meant to be a 24 hour branch it is NOT! Lately more and more often it’s closed at night. Today for the 10th time it’s been closed on random week days at night. I work across the road and have lived a few roads down for the last 8 years, I frequently come to get food and sometimes finish work in the early hours of the morning, it’s disappointing and incorrect to say you are a 24 hours store. On top of this the staff are lazy and often rude, and the availability & quality of the stock has gone downhill over the years. Really sad as the location is brilliant and the hospital relies on this store.
