   Very cramped and not aesthetically pleasing very outdated doesn’t even have a belt for your shopping to roll down on can be a bit too much if you done a big shop and have to find a way to pack and load at the same time but some very good offers will deffo return and the security man is ever so lovely I know he has family that don’t play about him he is the sweetest EVER

   I went to Farmfoods in Mitcham hoping to buy a goose, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I first asked a security guard for help, and he was very polite and professional — a real gentleman. He directed me to speak with the manager, Rebecca. Unfortunately, Rebecca was shockingly rude. I simply asked if they had any goose available, and her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She snapped, “We don’t sell goose, don’t come here asking,” which I found completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I was only asking a simple question, not being rude in any way. A manager should set an example for good customer service, but Rebecca clearly shouldn’t be working in that position — or with the public at all. I left feeling very unwelcome and disappointed. I won’t be coming back to this store again.

   Staff were nice and the selection and the price of items on sale were good. Shame about the condition of the shop. Disgusting and unclean floors. Dirty and unkept. Farmfoods should have more pride in the presentation and state of their shops. Hence the 2 star rating. Farmfoods execs need to take a look at the condition of this store.

   Garbage product selection, dirty floors, and not very good prices. About a year ago the prices were ~25% cheaper than Aldi or Lidl but now they are on-par or worse, and when I went in there they were not selling any fresh milk or really any milk. The store also looks a bit dated and in need of refurbishment. Their website is also out of date as it mentions the Morrison's store opposite but that store has now closed.

   Love this shop it's good if you want fill up your freezer and cupboards. We usually buy trays of tin tomatoes, baked beans and also decaf coffee. Staff are helpful.

   Store needs a deep clean. The floors always feel sticky/mucky when walking around. Also, seems to have a new batch of staff that are not as helpful or as friendly as the old staff. Hope they can go back to their previous standards.
