   The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it's a little bit run down, perhaps because it's closing down in a few months. The fruit and vegetables section lets me down quite often and for the rest of the food products they don't have a big variety. Another minus point is that when asked the store manager didn't know what kosher meant, he just hung it randomly over one of the fridges where clearly there weren't any kosher food.

   A smaller branch but nonetheless has a wide range of items. Store layout a bit cramped, and I visited at a very busy time (12.30), but I was able to get what I wanted and didn't have too long to wait to check out. Very convenient location in the Whitgift Centre, close to other shops, notably M &S next door, so a good Sainsbury's to visit.

   Today 19/05/23 shopped here and could not believe that BISTO gravy is £3.00. Due to cost of living crisis I refused to buy this. It is a shame because I used BISTO for years. Instead I bought Sainsbury’s gravy granules. Aah!

   Hi today I was bad experience in this store one of gujarati lady & one of other lady she work in this store I go with check my lottery ticket and already check in lottery app and app showing me I win £10 after I go this store both lady check the both conversations and sandly she told me oh you not win and the gujarati lady she told me oh you cash some other store you check and then after came here and all the rabbish things now how can I go this store again please be careful if you go there thank you

   Negatives : security and staff quite creepy DONT let you shop and enjoy the experience I’ve seen them follow people around isles not nice experience better you USE cctv to monitor than follow them creepy

   Nice shop which has several uplifts over the years. Plenty of self service check outs and still have the manned check outs. Prices are okay as nower days have to check items across several super markets to see what cheaper.

   Found all the items I needed for my recipe, so I was very pleased. The bag of prepacked salad was better value than M&S on this occasion. Swift in and out. Checkout had a queue, but it was moving quickly.
