Finished my shopping and passing by the door security looking so bad that he wants my attention and doing boxing skills for no reason it is very unprofessional and provoking customers especial eldery and females.
Glass from a tomato sauce smashed on the floor which has just clearly been left there and no bother at all from anyone to clean it up. Massive health hazard
I waited at the checkout for eight minutes not enough people were on shift on Friday 20th June at 18:08-18:16. The person on the till that any kind of urgency or customer service etiquette. The manager was hiding somewhere instead of helping on the shopfloor at a busy time. The service at this particular time with These particular staff members. Other experiences have been more than pleasant.
Came in to store carrys bags full of clothes, trainers from high street ect only I came in to buy lunch (all the selfservice machines not working). Alarm went off Security guard asked me back into the store. He then blank me when I politely asked him if he needed to see my bags I received pure sarcastic comments until I stopped being polite and had to ask him if he intended to search my bag. Maybe consider getting female security or check that your male security aren't Passive aggressive.
Got most of the basics and a bit more...but crikey some of the prices in these small local branches are eye watering..even with cost of living .. crisis. Staff are friendly.
What can I really describe.. It's a corner local shop which gives absolutely no real friendly welcome for visitors to the area. The meal deal produce was nice and affordable but the staff seemed to lack what they are paid for.. Customer service and a welcoming approach. The area has virtually NO where to stop to quickly get a bite to eat.. Won't be returning again.
NEVER EVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN ! First they have rats in their pastry, now dead bugs in the salad bowl!!! They hike up prices but give zero care quality assurance. Absolutely vile !
Got accused of stealing something (i didn't) just because of how I look. The security said "they were just doing their job when I wanted to talk to the manager about it. The staff are slow. Honestly if you aren't white i would avoid.
This 5 star review is for Brannigans that once stood here. Great memories. Now I visit to buy cheese with fond memories of dancing to Reach for the stars til 2am
