When you operate one of the very few, if not only cash machines in Cockfostersβ¦ and then you βallow itβ to be constantly out of service then people are not only going to be annoyed but also question how well run you are.
An environment full of kindness and perfection. All the staff is very polite and helpful. I find my needs here quickly and safely. I congratulate you, Mr. Geoff, your responsible manager. I congratulate you. You are a very kind manager. Whenever I need help here, I can reach the products I need in a short time. I congratulate you and wish you continued success.

A disgraceful employee who asked me 'get out' in the rudest possible way purely because I was carrying my 3kg dog (not even walking). Extremely unacceptable rude and disgraceful behaviour. I will report this to the head office!!!! AND NEVER EVER WILL BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE SHOP
Only good for a few bits not much here. One of the staff a small Asian lady has asked to see my ID over 4 times! It's ridiculous she hates me for some unknown reason and there's never any people manning the tills at the store.
Never known a store with such unapproachable management and staff. I often say hello when I pop in and I'm just ignored by one particular manager that's face doesn't move at all. He has no customer service skills at all and the short fat Indian man think he is called mohammed he's very rude and disrespectful too. Will not bother going back.

This is the worst sainsbury ever the staff and management have a disgusting attitude and I personally do not shop there anymore. Staff members think its acceptable to bully and harrass regular customers plus I've seen the same girl throw food from a height from the shelf into the basket regularly when doing the orders for uber deliveroo etc. I've even seen items smash and break due to the way she behaves. Living nearby I also see the same girl on her break throwing all her rubbish on the floor out the back of the store and littering up everywhere every time she has a break. It's about time someone did something!!!!!
This store has gone so downhill lately I would not be surprised if it shuts down. Manager has no idea how to speak to customers and someone from head office should visit and see what's going on. The new area manager needs to step in before it's too late as I know loads who don't shop here anymore me included. I was verbally abused by staff member who is vile and manager was pretty rude too. Always had such lovely staff and management who knew how to speak to people now they just abuse you for no reason. Doesn't deserve any stars.
Staff are friendly and supportive. They also go extra mile to support elderly. Sainburys do take advantage though with prices for convenience. Like the other supermarket chains
