   It has enhanced indeed regarding customer service and facility management services, nonetheless there is not variety of charcuterie from Spain, France and Italy: Cured Meats: Salami, prosciutto, chorizo, bacon, smoked ham, bresaola. Prepared Meats: Pâtés, terrines, rillettes, galantines, confit. Accompaniments: Cheeses, bread/crackers, fruits (fresh/dried), nuts, olives, mustards, jams. European traditions should prevail as well influenced by Mark & Spencer or Waitrose

   There is no excuse for the attitude shown by the Tesco Mobile staff member. I was spoken to rudely and dismissed when asking for help. Saying ‘it’s not my problem’ shows zero customer service skills. Tesco needs to seriously review who they employ.”

   If only I could do no Star or minus rating. Today @4.30pm, Lousy self check out staff. It seems you need to shout and push past others to get their attention. Just left my shopping and walked out again while they ignored me even waving them. Then they decide to look my way. If ever again I will queue at cashiers. Again experienced lousy self check-out staff.

   I went to the counter coz i had less than 5 items. The guy didn't greet as usual, and he just left the receipt on top of my products, and the bag on the side. How difficult it is to pack for the customer? How difficult is to say HELLO and Goodbye? This is not the first time. A customer must do their tasks now? 0% Customer service.

   Staff generally friendly especially the lady pharmacist with braids that does the flu jabs and the other lady with braids at the refunds desk. Only issue is there are two lifts but just one available for use. The other has been out of use for many months if not years. Please sort this out as it's a pain for your regular customers like me and appalling for a store your size.

   I get everything I need here.. Vast range of products and God prices depending what you need. Wheelchair parking and access. Friendly staff and queues not too long at certain times of the day..

   Worst customer service received by the lady today at 12:55 serving at the customer service for wrongly priced item. Firstly She was not even wearing a name badge at all which is not surprising in this store’s customer service anyway & when I asked her what’s her name where’s the name badge she refused & gave me a frown look saying “you’re confusing me”. She demanded to bring the item back from my car in the car park rather than scanning/editing the barcode number already in the the store shop which I was more than happy to bring it to her as I showed her the Clubcard number printed on the receipt already. Also she refused to scan/edit barcode picture taken from my phone to refund the difference.

   This branch has unprofessional staff! Be aware that the price on the shelf is never updated! So you might get a 10% price increase at the till

   It’s pretty badly run, with regularly terrible queues and barely any checkouts open. Staff are generally helpful, but are often having their own conversations. The car park feels very dodgy at times especially when people are hiding in the dark corners taking drugs. Often items are out of stock and the range isn’t there that you see in most other stores. Tesco HQ needs to put a bit of focus, investment and training into this store.
