Sometimes the cashiers are not very friendly and stay silent, they dont offer bags no more and you have to pay and pack yourself at the till points while they stand watch and chew their bubblegum. I always felt Tesco sets it self apart from other stores especially the smaller corner and grocery shops in broad green because of that service! Bit lacking here. At least its clean i suppose.

Me and my small kids were in Tesco, they are 6 and 4 year. I asked the staff to enter my club card manually she didn’t enter properly 3 to 4 times. 3 people were in shop floor they didn’t help even manager also. One of the staff argued with me very badly and said we can’t enter your club card.after this argument my kids cried and depressed. Area manager have to take action. I got video proof if Tesco doesn’t take any action. I will put this video in social media.

There seems to be a very rude new female security guard in place and I realise as security you are taught everyone is a suspect but her behaviour seemed oddly aggressive and ready to jump as you turn aisles or walk out of the shop near the security bars. She seems to be a racist hypervigilant and excited to be in such a small area to non-suspects , right next to me on the self checkouts was a strange and suspicious looking character but when i walked off with my goods the female security seemed to block my way and look in discernment but was very polite with the other character that was now standing in everyones way. This shows this “new” security guard isnt doing her job correctly. Now im a very loyal customer over 40years shopping in tescos this is appauling rude behaviour from a “new” security guard trying to imply im not welcome in her tescos, this has made me rather nervous going in there but i always have to shop there. Im quite sure she smokes near the tesco side delivery entrance as I recognised her , not a great image to portray ! Well let me tell you something madam I know you would be reading this your rude behaviour towards law abiding customers will not be tolerated when we all talk to the manager about you. Funny how no other security guards are like this except you.

I am a law-abiding citizen that has been a victim of being followed by the security guard and staff. This has been going on for a year. I have never stolen in my life and yet I am being treated like a common criminal. I once used the self check out and because I left the store with my groceries in my hand, one of the team members shouted at me asking if I had paid. They stopped me from leaving the store and checked my machine and low and behold I paid! I have gone on to complain to Tesco because this behaviour should not be allowed. We shouldn't feel harassed while we're shopping. We haven't done anything. All of this awful behaviour and the shelves are never stocked and staff is constantly running around getting in people's way trying to replenish shelves. It's already a cramped space. This is by far the worst Tesco is London and is severely mismanaged. There are very few staff that I would call helpful in this branch. You might as well use the Whitehorse Lane one which is bigger with a lovely security guard.

A very dispiriting place. appreciate they have some issues with some customers, but the produce is badly stored, place is not clean, fresh food left out on floor on trays and still there 3 hours later but still put in chillers and sold. A place to go to only if desperate nd then treat fresh food with extreme caution.

Cashiers treat white people as if they were ghosts. They don't greet even if you greet them, they don't even look at you and they throw your items when they scan them. Also, when it's your turn in the queue, they yell very aggressively "yes please". I always feel treated with a lot of contempt even though I am always polite

Quite narrow aisles, the entrance way is also very tiny as you walk straight into a shelf full of crisps etc.
I have been going there to collect Hermes parcels for the last few weeks but have stopped as you can never find a member of staff on the shop floor and when you do they tell you to join the queue (which is always long). When you get to the front of the queue the cashier tells you to stand to the side & then you have to wait a few more minutes for someone to come from out back. Then they take another few minutes to find the parcel & bring it out. To be honest the location is good but it just takes too long to collect a parcel.

Worst Tesco I've ever visited. Staff are more concerned with chatting while blocking the aisles and carelessly wonder past the long lines of people waiting. Stock is poorly managed and "chilled" items left out on shelves. Further to this, the staff are incapable of customer service to those of another nationality. It is saddening to witness pleasant conversation in foreign languages and when trying to interact pleasantly in English being ignored while your items are scanned carelessly and tossed back at you. I genuinely feel racial tension here and cannot believe this store culture is tolerated by such a massive company.
