   Careful if you’re black customer at this store as you will be racially profiled. Not the first time here but had a horrible experience with the female security guard who followed me as soon as I entered. She stared at me getting an item the whole time making me uncomfortable. As I complained to the manager the guard stood watch (while chuckling to herself) disregarding other customers she decided not to follow. I didn’t buy anything in the end as I felt humiliated. Sainsbury’s does not take these incidents seriously so this review is to really to inform other customers of the risk.

   very rude staff, and unhelpful. Apparently they do click & collect, and you can return your items here for TU clothing, but the person who served me was very rude and not willing to help me, she shouted at me and didn't help me. Now I have to take my parcel to another store. As well, this store doesn't have enough staff. There was only two people working and they were taking on Deliveroo orders.

   I visited your store on February 8, 2025. I am a frequent customer. The store was clean and well-stocked. Adequate staff were present, with several replenishing shelves and one operating the checkout. Parking is available on the adjacent side streets.

   The elderly black woman that was on the tills today 18/06/2022 at 3:05pm is extremely unprofessional and need to sent on a customer service course. I heard her telling her younger male colleague that “ the customers are giving her a headache and stressing her”. Her attitude is not pleasant. Customer services is dealing with people of all sorts.

   It’s not the greatest Sainsburys. The selection is quite limited and the aisles are a bit cramped. The staff today were really friendly especially the guy at the checkout with the beanie hat. It could be far better and is probably worth a little investment. 4.5 stars.

   I use this store quite often as it is close to where I live. Recently I have been struggling to find some basic products, including pasta, rice, flour, yeast.. and I have been back a few times since Covid-19 lockdown. So it wasn’t only one time. Hopefully things will get better. They have both self checkout tills and served which you would use if you needed cigarette or anything kept under lock and key. The store is quite clean and staff is friendly enough. Especially security guys.
