    Just ordered (05 June 2025) some fruits and vegetables from this store from Uber Eats and this is what they sent me. Look at the date and imagine how careless and unkind their staff is . It’s a very basic Health And Safety and Food Hygiene Guidelines. I added the picture as an evidence. And moreover it was for an Expecting Mother. Which makes this thing terrible even.

    Delivery drivers are treated with disrespect at this shop. On top of mocking us, the staff expect us to pack the orders, which is not our responsibility. What’s worse is that when orders arrive late, the blame falls on the driver – but the truth is, the shop fails to have the orders ready and properly packed on time. A complete lack of professionalism and consideration for those of us working hard out on the streets.

    Unfortunately, this shop treats delivery drivers with disregard. On top of mocking us, the staff expect us to pack the orders, even though that’s their responsibility, not ours. When we refuse, we’re threatened with cancellation. This shows a lack of empathy and professionalism towards those who work honestly every day.

    Complete lack of respect towards delivery drivers. The shop staff mock us and expect us to do their job by packing the orders. This is not the responsibility of the delivery driver, yet we’re pressured to do it – otherwise, they tell us to cancel. It’s unfair to those of us working hard out on the streets just to earn a living.

    Today as a regular custumer for over 10 years they refused to take my credit card to pay £78 the till lady shes called the manager and saying i was going to pay with a credit card her name its Paorl and the person who have refused my card hes name its Tamus. Im a disable person to walk from my house to the shop coast me a lot its around 2 minutes for a normal person but for me takes 10 minutes walking. I think what he have done to me its not fair.

    A perfect shop if you need to pick up a quick thing or two, or want snacks to go out. Fast experience and rarely had queues. Staff are usually friendly plus this store is an Argos pick up location!

    The Costa coffee machine produced my coffee without chocolate. The manager seemed very lost as how to help me, saying they only cleaned the machine that morning.... I went away with a watery coffee with milk and a bit added sugar, too annoyed to remember to ask for a different type of coffee....the manager never offered to replace the non-mocha with something else.

    Quite expensive and can never get what I want but I'd usually say tesco but in West Norwood the Sainsburys Local is better but I can't find them on uber eats
