    I had a frustrating experience at Lane Supermarket during parcel collection. The staff member, Devin, was uncooperative and quite rude. Despite my ID displaying the same first name and my surname correctly, he refused to release my parcel because the second name was abbreviated due to its length. His insistence on exact name matches, even when unnecessary, has been a recurring issue. This type of service is not only inconvenient but also diminishes the overall customer experience. I hope management addresses these policy inconsistencies to improve service for everyone.

    I have no ideas how would I survive without those guys. The best corner shop in the entire world. Great choice of snacks, alcohol and much more. They are open till 3 am every day and don't go for bank holidays or other days off. Once we came from the trip just on Christmas eve, if not them we would not eat for several days as all other shops are closed. They are also extremely friendly. It's not just a local shop, they are much more then that.
