   Tried to give zero stars but Google wouldn't allow me to proceed to post. But they deserve ZERO stars! I attempted to purchase £30 Top up on my Oyster card on 08/09/23. The shop worker took £30 cash, clarified my request, and gave me a receipt, which I didn't check immediately. I only noticed he had stolen my money when I went to the train station, only to have the considerable inconvenience of tapping out, and walking back to the shop. The receipt said £3.00. He remembered me, remembering that I gave him £30, but lied and said it was a mistake. He eventually returned my money after lengthy combative discussion. I do not recommend local people supporting these thieves. I wonder how many other people have been victims of theft, at their hands, and didn't challenge their theft and deceit. Disgusting people!

   I came here for my work colleague package as she is unable to do it (personal health reasons). Gave him her order number, home address and card. He wouldn't even look at the packages behind him as it was hard to read the labels. I would never come back there. We should support people in need and he was to busy using his mobile phone. Awful experience
