   I had a designer bag delivered to this shop as a UPS point but they clearly took the bag for themselves because they denied receiving the parcel even though I had the UPS proof of delivery. Do not use this shop as your UPS collection point!!!

   My orders have arrived at this store but they say they haven't received it. This has happened once or a few times. They are a scammer and they are not convincing at all. I live in this area and I don't approve of anyone trusting this store and shopping there. I would say stay away.

   Very rude shopkeeper, wanted to pay by card his machine not working, and said it's my card! Which was not right went to Sainsbury my card works perfectly. Next time be more kind and try to find a solution.

   I never write reviews, but this place has THE rudest owners iv ever come across... hostile, and i feel like they cant be bothered to serve you... do you even know what customer service is? I don't feel welcome in your store so I won't return... and hopefully others won't either.
