Budgens is usually a good-quality shop, but the staff at this location were very rude and disrespectful. We found it disappointing that such people are employed there. Because of the staff’s behavior, we chose not to get fuel and went elsewhere instead.
Although it is hard to do night shifts, they've got to work more on the customer service during nights. It's terrible... really bad
