   Would have been a bigger star because they have good stock and prices are low, unfortunately the staff just are not there to help and sometimes the tills are unmanned as well. And not even one security guard in there.

   I'm regular customer for farmfoods But till service is not good enough Today I was on queue then one of stuff said come to middle one please I came to middle one Then came one lady stuff and said come to till 1 Omg I said you guys asking to moving a round one to other She was so rude Then come out the guy one of stuff and say sorry for the happening That is not customer service Farmfoods needs good stuff I don't want to mention the stuff names Hopefully managers will check stuff background and give them job

   I am very regular at this store as it is very close to my home. Today 11th of February 2025, at 14:30 hours I attended again, with a full trolley waiting in the queue. It was just my turn and the lady on the till pretended to close the till. She, ( lady covered with burka/hijab, I am saying this as she refused to give me a name after I said I will raise complaint about her), so I moved to other till and I was forced to wait for another 15 minutes on other queue. At the same time the lady in the queue keeps calling other costumes and working as normal. I did ask why I was turned from the queue if she hadn't closed the till yet? She became very aggressive against me and said she won't serve me as my trolley is full. I was shocked! I strongly suggest the Farm Foods admin to choose carefully its own staff and give them little training of how staff should show respect to its own clients.

   Quite busy, good price and offers on pretty much everything. (Frozen food, drinks, ice cream, cleaning products and cupboard food) the store can get a little cramped.

   I went I have to buy some toilet rolls and camd back with a lot more at prices that beats most supermarkets. I got top quality banded items for amazing prices. The toilet roll were two 18 pieces for twelve pounds! Not bad at all. They have a wide range of products that are very competitive. The only catch is that you have to buy more than one to gain in on the bargain. Overall it's a good place to shop for most household and food items.

   Visited today Security Guard very aggressive to my 14 year old. We have always stopped here with two bags and once they are filled and not to heavy to carry we know we have bought enough. The guard was aggressive to the point where he tipped my frozen shopping out of the freezer bag into a basket that we were had after him already being aggressive the 1st time. I left the store and will be calling them tomorrow. I have always stopped this way and other had shopping in bags he did not approach them. Needs a better attitude working in a customer related job. The guy in a farmfoods shirt was their and apologised when i was walking out We normally spend around £50 a time, we went Tesco and got a good bargain today Farmfoods loss Tried to report it to the HQ but they were closed will call Monday. Rather annoyed and my 14 year old was a bit shaken.
