   Michelle is so lovely! So friendly and kind. I cane here a couple of days ago and unfortunately left one of my items didn't have my receipt and she let me get my item back.

   I do shop there often and although small and averega stock variety it’s ok local store. Just be mindful of expiry dates on products, I wanted to pick up ricotta today and almosy every tub on shelf was expired.

   Prices have gone up unbelievably. Fruit sold by the individual unit rather than kilo which is scandalous. Whole aisle dedicated to cheap crisps in huge bags yet very limited fruit and veg section. This practice by supermarkets is shocking and should be legislated against.

   This is my least favorite grocery store on earth. It smells, it's crowded, the fruit and veg are flavorless. Today I came to pick up ingredients for a dinner party and ALL of their refrigerators were broken, and I was told this information by an impatiently rude staff person. I wish Bow had more options because this is abysmal.

   What I disliked about this was how it was card only. Of course there are other places you can pay by cash however I attempted on going to the customer service area to pay since that’s the only place you can pay by cash but you can only bring 5 items. Also the other tills for shopping more than 5 aren’t open at night which I find very inconvenient. Since the only self service tills are card it makes it hard to actually buy stuff by cash. This is a change that actually needs to be sorted.

   Hardly ever has stocked shelves and produce goes off very quickly, so I stopped coming here until recently when they started doing Evri parcel drop off - only to find out now they’ve removed the printer so can’t do it properly. Such a shame for those who can’t travel to another food shop as this is the main one in the area and doesn’t serve its purpose at all.

   Probably the worst Tesco I've ever been to - but sadly no other big supermarket nearby. It doesn't matter when you visit - Monday morning, Saturday afternoon, Thursday evening - there is hardly ever any stock. I have no idea what on earth is going on with this place.

   Are you tired of fresh produce? Tired of a wide selection? Tired of paying a fair price? Tired of self-checkouts that work? Well COME ON DOWN to Tesco at Roman Road, where the fruit and veg is always on the cusp of being off - and that’s a guarantee! Gone are the days of having too much to choose from as nearly everything is out of stock, particularly bread! The store chooses for you! Need to weigh an item? well, think again! because the checkout scales don’t work, and regularly don’t give receipts! And to top it all off everything is 15% more expensive as it’s a “convenience” store. So what are you waiting for?! Come on down! If you’re not sure if you’re in the right place, it’s the one where all the staff look embarrassed for some reason.
