We love Bathu! Our local. Great selection of stuff and the staff are so incredibly lovely, helpful and friendly. We've lived in the area for five years now and they have become such a feature for us. Please keep shopping there!
The dryer's consistently out of order, resulting in lost money. The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. They seem powerless to address the money loss. Avoid going there.
Its my local, staff are friendly, literally never had any problems except the one time I got charged for another customers items because they tried to pay with a fake £20. Other than that, happily been going here for about 7yrs.
Friendly but should be removed from the collect+ website as they do not accept parcels.
Best shop in the area. Some of the nicest management you can find. Always have a smile for their customers, well stocked and clean supermarket
If I could post with no stars that would be great. Had for sale out of date stock then had the cheek to say was banned! The product was best before DECEMBER 2018, says alot about the stock rotation! Sparkling water is meant to frizz when the bottle is opened but yet was told it was okay!?? The staff obviously know nothing about food and maybe should undertake the basis food hygiene course which is recommended to whose who are in contact with food in anyway, it is for everyone who handles food and beverages.
Great local convenience store newly refurbished & expanded to the size of a Tesco Express. Friendly & helpful staff and decent selection of food, drink & general household products at competitive prices including fresh fruit & veg - although not a lot of ready-to-eat & frozen products. Open until 11pm but smaller Bathu corner shop open 247 just across the road is a great alternative for urgent late night groceries!
