   Don't even bother with these people, just a bunch of incompetents. It is just quicker and easier to order in Amazon. I ordered something to be picked up, on the ordering page it says would be ready for collection from 9am next day, then I got a email saying would be ready from 5pm, then a message saying that it was delayed, I call customer service, and assured me that I could pick it up between 5pm and 11 pm ( to a shop that close at 10pm) And two days later still nothing

   This little store has exactly what you need when you're in a rush or have forgotten something for a recipe. The staff is so friendly and helpful, always happy to point you in the right direction. I went on a Saturday evening in search of vegan chocolate and one of the staff members, Amrik I think it was, really helped me out, giving personal recommendations and double checking the ingredients with me. Really made my night to meet someone so kind - great job Sainsbury's on your staff.

   they are incompetent!!! Every time i order from here they forget something! this time they forgot £7.50 worth of items and i have claimed refunds from just eat for this store so many times just eat won’t even refund me!! INCOMPETENT

   Ok supermarket, part of the large chain. It says outside that they match the prices of the neighbouring Aldi, but the reality is that the Aldi will almost always be cheaper. Note as the Aldi does not take cash, if you have it to spend you need to go here.

   Parking is not run by Sainsbury's and is notorious for catching people out, so please be careful. The camera registers car registrations as you go in and out. They make it hard to pay and try on anything, so if you do get a ticket search the web for help in fighting it. It's only a Sainsbury's local so it's small and doesn't have a wide range of food. Don't look for anything out of the ordinary here. The prices are fine. There's self-service tills. Sometimes you see a manager. There's security by the front door.

   Horrible experience! I got a parking ticket as well of £100 even though in the past I parked there when shopping at Sainsbury’s. Ridiculous

   Reason I am giving 5 stars is because this morning one of the staff was so kind and helpful. Thankyou Shalie. My young sister died in November 2022 and I sometimes go for a early walk to clear my head. So I appreciate very much when staff are helpful and kind.

   Atrocious Service Didn't have a clue, on the Cigarette and Alcohol section and took so long that a queue had built up. Also refused to take a Scottish Note although the self checkout would've taken it, but unable to purchase items via self checkout. When assistance arrived, gave a lame excuse using the store manager as a getout clause although they weren't available. Disgusting customer service
