DO NOT RELY ON FOR CHRISTMAS. We were away close to Christmas so couldn’t get fresh bits, instead opted for a delivery. You would think they would order more to cover expected pick ups, given they should know what is needed. But no. Moral of the story, stick to M&S

Very great products and reasonable prices. The parking is easy to get into the store, but I think it needs some work to look better.

I come most weeks - some of the staff are really rude! It says 'here to help' on your badge. I said hello to a lady who was putting through my alcohol - she didn't make eye contact and walked off. Whatever is going on in your own life - manors cost nothing!

Great selection I'd wanted something cheap and easy for lunch as was hungry and at the end of the month £ was limited... id popped into Iceland as more convenient but except for the reductions which were fab and I had to resist as was for fruit which I already had; i had to go the long way round to Morrisons but was worth it as I got exactly what I wanted.. aisles seemed a bit of a maze and despite there not being loads of us in there I was asked to 'excuse me' twice possibly by the same person; maybe because the reduced section is very close to a pillar. Easy to get to checkouts; glad I didn't need to navigate the rest of the store and all seemed to be working which made a nice change... I hadn't noticed the kiosk just inside which seemed well stocked for an eve quicker visit .. glad I made the effort.. staff seemed nice too, very clean and uncluttered for a weekday lunchtime during the holidays.. thanks

Shan’t be shopping here anymore as just received a parking fine of £100 (£60 if I pay quick) for staying 11 minutes past the two hours. Shame really as I liked the shop but the tight parking was always an issue. Bye bye Morrison’s, hello Tesco and Aldi.

Better thus time as reasonable last time as t missing a few things then we wanted and really expected to be there. Well stocked this time. And found a supply if discontinued perfume to boot. An alternative for us from our usual shop.

Really good deals on everything from wine to meat. A useful grab and go section to the right of the entrance means no need to struggle through the main store for a sandwich and coke. Parking was a hassle but the staff are very welcoming. Pity about the Petts Wood snobs.

I've been a customer for a long time, however what happened today convinced me to leave this review. I purchased a pack of seedless black grapes with 'Display Until' of 24th September (i.e. 4 days from today). After I washed few of them from the top of the pack and gave them to my 3 little children, I noticed some visible signs of white mould in the middle/bottom part of the pack. Unfortunately my little ones had already eaten couple of them by the time. I called customer service to report this and despite being a loyal customer spending a significant amount on a weekly basis, I was offered the ridiculous amount of £5 as a goodwill gesture, which is completely inadequate for what happened here.
