The orders we place through Uber are sent without any care, with the most bruised, rotten, and nearly expired products. On top of already paying more than the actual price, the employees act as if we’re getting the items for free and send us the worst ones, which is really frustrating. And unfortunately, Uber does not provide a refund either. So you’re left with wasted money and spoiled or missing products.

The items on the meal deal constantly get rearranged to catch people off. The strawberry protein yogurt is no longer part of the meal deal but the same item in salted caramel and raspberry are. At least move the items to a different place to not intentionally try and rip off your customers

Its a small store which probably benefits from being the only option on City Island. My partner bought a salad as part of meal deal only to be informed there was no cutlery available, and there hadn't been for 3 days. The staff do not appear to take any pride in their work and were quite unhelpful.

I won't shop here anymore as your price gouging has gotten out of control. The photo below shows £35 worth of shopping. Since your refurbishment we noted a 40 to 50% increase in prices on most of the things we usually buy. We will head over to Morrisons and Aldi. Infact, Waitrose now offers better value - at least you get half decent food for that price point. Infact, I can get the same items, delivered from M&S without having to deal with a stinking claustrophobic store constantly dodging staff stocking the shelves. Local residents, I hope you follow. Finally the shop always stinks of body odour. Please tell your staff to wash.

When I saw raw chicken on the floor I thought I'd wait around to see how long it would be left. It was after 45 mins and discovering that it was room temp that I left. Do not buy the meat. *Update* this appears to be common practice, see more photos taken at different dates throught the year.

Lots of anticipation towards a much-needed grocery store. Letdown.. Variety is very limited and not enough choice. On top of that, all the staff are incredibly rude and have no manners or spatial awareness (bumping into you left right and centre)

Placed an order through Uber and noticed that I was charged for items that, I did order, but did not receive. Called the shop and the "man" that answer the phone was rude unbelievably rude. Never again.

Tried to buy a bottle of wine and I was asked for the id when i’m 27 and never been asked before. Didn’t even accepted a photo of id. Ridiculous.

Such a disappointment. City Island needed a decent grocery store but got this instead. Every time I go in there’s hardly anything in there. And lacking in vegan products. Just one tiny shelf for free-from chilled items. It’s 2020. Staff are not very attentive. Had to wait around for service. Told to keep my distance when they finally came and then told to remove my face mask to check my age. How does that work exactly? Manager on duty busy putting boxes into a trolley instead of managing the store and keeping an eye on everything around him.
