   So useless. Always robbed and closed. Need to get better security cause this is a consistent issue and it’s plain embarrassing. Staff are also rude and never at the till so you need to literally seek them out to be served.

   What attitude the black woman has I accidentally scanned my own bag for life I pressed for assistance it was like they thought I had nicked the bag why would I press for assistance if I'm going to nick a stupid bag I'm not that stupid I just moved into the area as in Warton Road absolute disgusting behaviour by the lot of them I actually live in supported living on the Warton Road and have told staff disregard people with mental health issues and learning disabilities

   even after calling for assistance no one comes, they see us struggling but they try to avoid. We have to wait for so long. it happens every time i visit there. They dont even have product knowledge, they don’t know if Costa coffee counts as a meal deal. They’re always confused. They clean floor when customers are scanning. I was scanning my things one of the workers was mopping the floor and my shoes. This is so irresponsible.

   Well over priced compared to the same items such as fruit being sold at the bigger Tesco stores your better off going to the local shops or sainsbury's down the road at the stratford mall better deals there I can not believe Tesco could mug people like that.

   Shocking attitude by the cashier that served me, i use quite often the problem i had was bagging items as since they have put screens up it makes it awkward to do yourself as there's just a small opening, i have a support dog in one hand too so with heavy items it makes it hard one handed ,there was already a queue building so i asked if she can bag my 2 items to which she replied No ? i said why are you allergic, i said all the others do it, but she said i choose not to, she just stood there while i was struggling to pay by card & quickly get the items bagged as i pointed out that it is holding up the queue & she could of made it easier, i was fuming , i said it's laziness, she said well don't come back, how they employ such useless people is beyond me, i know most in the store & often chat to them so my rating & rant is aimed solely at her nobody else as the rest are nice & helpful

   Useful if you live in the immediate vicinity, but staff aren't the most helpful (I got told off for accidentally leaving my card at the checkout!) and there is often a lack of stock, especially in the fridges.

   I’m sure this branch is of use during an emergency when choice is less important but never once when I’ve wanted something specific, that I usually buy from Tesco, have they had anything I needed in this particular store. I’ve just tried to buy Tesco or Creamfields UHT Skimmed Milk, did they have any …..nope. Better go to Iceland!
