    I've had enough of the constant overcharging at the M&S BP petrol garage shop. I've been a regular customer for a long time, but this issue keeps happening. So many times, I've picked up items that are clearly marked with a discount or special offer, but when I check the receipt, the discount isn’t applied. It’s not just a one-off – this has happened numerous times, and it’s beyond frustrating. Staff never seem particularly helpful when I raise it, and I’m left feeling ripped off. Sort this out – customers shouldn't have to double-check every receipt to avoid being overcharged!

    Ordered through deliveroo and was charged full price for an item marked 50% off. M&S refused to honour the 50% off label clearly placed on the product. Terrible customer service.
