Iβve been coming to this shop for years but there is a new security guard who follows me and my partner round the shop every time we go in there, even went as far as standing in the street watching us walk down the road. Went today and had to go back and complain to the manager because he was standing right behind me as I was paying even came up to me as I was putting my shopping away pretending he needed to take baskets away so he could look at what I bought. I found it very uncomfortable and found him quite Pervy. What a shame wonβt be going in there again

They never have any stock. I'm also put off by the pervey security guards that eye me up and follow me around. As a women I feel uncomfortable here. No stock, instead you get perverts.

Absolutely awful that the Evri machine is never working personally I think itβs laziness when all the other local Tescoβs machines are always working yet in this one they can never be bothered the machine hasnβt worked for nearly 2 weeks now when you ask workers they say they donβt know and direct you to a local corner shop itβs appalling

Evri warning - The services advertised by Tesco/Evri in this store are false. If you're selecting this store because there is "no need to package your item" just go elsewhere, like the post office. After the usual faff of the machine not scanning the machine will tell you not to stick the label on your item, but to hand it to staff. Those staff will give it back and tell you to package the item... Great. You didn't bring packaging because it said you didn't need it. If Tesco want to get into the business of doing returns then invest in it properly, stop falsely advertising the service (or deliver what you advertised), train your staff. Because refusing to offer the advertised service once I've printed out my label is not at all convenient.

Five staff standing around chatting and expecting customers to serve themselves why have so many staff if you don't want to use them. some people find it hard to use self service especially when they have a problem with vision. We are not paid to be on your tills please man them.

Me and the boys used to go every morning to buy something to drink and something to eat for 3 months and unfortunately we stopped going because we were treated differently from the rest of the world, we felt discriminated and racist , the security man was following us around the store and staring at us the whole time we were in the store, I asked him why he was doing this and started yelling at us and became aggressive, when I asked his supervisor he said he was just doing it his duty but he was only doing his duty with us unfortunately we felt very bad for what happened because it is happening in 2022 in the UK I hope whoever reads this message will stop happen to anyone else what happened to us man the security guard must be taught how to behave with customers who go to the store just to buy food, nothing more.!!

I would just like to say thank you to Pritti and Security guard Johnson for being good people... I bought items for cash but dropped an item when leaving shop, Johnson noticed but i was gone before he could alert me. When I noticed I phoned customer service at head office but they were no help. Next day i visited tesco and Johnson and Pritti were so kind and helpful beyond what we have came to expect but these 2 wonderful people have restored my faith in the human race.... Thank you.

I asked the cashier called Joy for 2 bags so I could pack my shopping but I decided I only needed 1 bag so I asked the cashier call joy for 1 bag instead then joy the cashier got angry at me shouting at me asking me do I want 1 or 2 bags she then decided to throw a bag at me I felt so ashamed everyone was looking I don't why she is like this not the first time she has behaved like to me I'm just a mum who wants to spend my money in Tesco to feed my kids I never hav a problem with Morrison cashiers or asda or Iceland or sainsbury but when I use Tesco joy always makes me feel so unwelcome we spend mony every day in Tesco I don't know why she is like this

They do the best bananas (a)round, so good in fact, at some times it feels as if they would rather keep them than sell them. Understandable, gorgeous things they are. Also if you go there between 7pm to 9:50pm, you will have a diverse selection of the finest foods ranging from sandwiches to ready meals at very heavily discounted price, so cheap its almost free. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes too helpful.
