   I experienced racial discrimination at this supermarket. When purchasing alcohol, I was asked to present a physical ID card. However, the UK government has switched entirely to eVisas starting January 1, 2025. Even after I showed my UKVI eVisa, I was still refused service, and the staff insisted that foreign residents must provide a physical ID. I find this behavior completely incomprehensible. If eVisas are not accepted, then what is the purpose to switch to eVisa?

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I turned up at Sainsbury's shop in the dark. One of the staff there said it was closed. So he pointed upwards to show the closing times. I said to him 4 times that I couldn't gauge where he was pointing because his directions was all over the place. Then he replied " You don't have eyes". WOW. How DISRESPECTFUL!!! Not spending my hard earned money there again. P.S. I would give that disrespect a - 500 but customers should be treated better!

   I find it incredulous that this particular security guard is always following and harassing ethnic people without cause, but fails to catch and apprehend the people who actually are stealing - all the while, he’s standing by the till scrolling through social media - I walked in, found what I was looking for, and paid - and he hadn’t looked up from the phone once. Yet I see people brazenly helping themselves to stock everyday. Ridiculous

   Smaller than your average Sainsbury's but nice and convenient. Not sure how they can call it local though, because it isn't necessarily it depends where you are. Anywhere is local if that's where you happen to be. Seems harsh to knock off a whole star for that though, although the meal deal is pretty stupid. Who's having a plain ham sandwich? Nutters, that's who.

   Came to get a few households today. Nice and tidy store. Got served by a gentleman called waleed who helped me locate things which wanted. He also made suggestions which shown the experience and knowledge of product and service. Being a trading business owner myself, it shows that staff are trained and knowledgeable. Till operator Waleed again was highly skilled with excellent customer service. He also helped an elderly gentleman who was on wheel chair afterwards. Very happy with the experience at Sainsburys.

   Every time I'm in this branch I'm treated with courtesy and respect by the staff. If I'm struggling with the self checkout, they are always quick and helpful, and they are always polite and friendly around the store and at the till. It is so nice to have them close by.

   Horrible security didnt stop following me for not reason and didnt take his eyes off me when there is not reason for it. He was making me feel really unconfortable. He can do his job but in another way more profesional. I told him when i left and he didnt say a word back. Will be back on sundays when everything else is closed only.
