Son addicted to their chicken skewers so I’m in here a lot now. Friendly staff, own brand food is good quality and reasonably priced.
First time I've been in this Iceland. Bought two of an item, and they scanned at the checkout at a higher price than the one shown on the shelf ticket. When I mentioned it, the woman on the till told me in a quite curt and abrupt manner "they are not that price", and I got the feeling she had no intention of discussing it either. Won't be going back there.
I used to be a regular customer, one day I came to shop, and parking machine wasn’t working, 2 times I asked if I am going to get a parking ticket in advance because parking machine wasn’t working but I was guessing that Parking cameras weren’t like always and was told not to worry about it, that I am not going to get a fine. I spent £65 on that shopping trip. Guess what? Penalty came through after like 4weeks. Going back and forth with parking company and providing all the evidence, penalty was waved of course at the end however with the words that it is at the discretion of the parking company and that if I cause same offence again I will be penalised. Thank you for making me “feel valued” - I haven’t caused any offence, your parking machine wasn’t working! And haven’t been to Iceland since. Good luck with providing such a great customer services. Well done.

Typical iceland so you know what you're getting. Good for frozen stuff for a rainy day. Got most of what you want or need. Good deals Staff are nice and friendly Iceland bread doesn't toast well i find
I shop there because I love their free delivery service if you spend £20 only. I don't drive so this is extremely convenient. The selection of food is OK. I know some Icelands stock more but I usually shop in more than one place anyway. The staff in this store is really friendly and the delivery man is absolutely amazing.
