   AVOID any delivery order, absolute joke of a chain! Between this branch and the Sainsbury’s local they are both must be run by the most incompetent people ever. We all do mistakes but to have the wrong order being delivered to me 3 TMES? Not 1, not 2 but 3 TIMES! That’s not a mistake that’s laziness and incompetence. If you want to safe yourself the stress, AVOID AT ALL COST ANY DELIVERY FROM HERE!

   This has always been a lesser store. It's never quiet caught up and been modern, the staff can come across as miserable or disinterested, theres not as much choice - it needs revamping in a big way!

   The food here is better than the cheaper Lidl down the road. Staff are friendly, but stock is a little bit limited. The Crayford store is better because of it's size, but requires me to drive to get there so I use the Bexleyheath store most of the time

   If you're looking for a quick in & out pick up, forget it. In particular the 'Customer Service-Tobacco' counter, God forbid you interrupt their chat..... they'll get to you when it suits them. Forgive me, I'm old and remember when customer service meant THE CUSTOMER !!. I would not have bothered with leaving a review, but when it's more than once it deserves it.

   Went in Sainsbury's today and seen that they have gone full on New World Order Agenda 21/30. They have got rid of the tills and extended the self serve checkouts. These supermarkets need to be boycotted. Rich corporate scumbags trying to save money on wages for staff.

   This is a small Sainsbury's (even smaller since Argos moved here) so don't expect the range of products you would find in a large super store. Having said that it has a large decent range. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

   Clean, spacious and well stocked with a very reasonable non-food section. The only thing I don't like is at busy times the car park can be a struggle.

   Everything I wanted was in stock, the salad ingredients I bought were really fresh, there were lots of offers on in store which meant my shop was cheaper, minimal queues at the self scan checkout.
