   I have just experienced exceptionally poor customer service. When I asked for a member of staff to approve a purchase an employee named Christine informed me I would ‘need to find someone else’ despite being stood 6 foot away. I called for someone else to help as I had a train to catch (which I was subsequently missed as a consequence). I told her on the way out that it was very poor customer service to which she replied ‘good’. If this is the standard of customer service allowed in this store serious questions need to be asked of the management.

   Not a single member of staff on the floor, left me waiting at self checkout for ages for approval then finally someone turns up talking on headset, no apology. Pure ignorance and rudely gossiping away on radio. R.i.p. customer service

   I visited here on new years eve and the lady manager was the rudest person I've met ever in my life. So unhelpful. I will never shop.here again. I only gave ut one star as it won't let me give it none

   Useless place, one self checkout did not accept nectar for years. They recently replaced them all and SmartShop does not work now(I use it at plenty of others) and the shop staff stare at all inquiries with the vacant stare of people who died inside long ago. Still I suppose it’s still better than the co-op across the road!

   I’ve been shopping here for ages and have always loved this little Sainsbury’s. There’s such a good selection and you can always pick up some great deals in terms of reduced food too. I’ve always been able to find what I’m looking for in this store and in times when this wasn’t possible, I’ve always found a great alternative. The only thing that confuses me about the store is the queuing system. There seems to only be one queue for both the tills and the self check-outs, which always causes confusion. Other than this, it’s a great shop and I’d highly recommend.

   Very useful, smaller Sainsburys store, which is clean, tidy and well-stocked with essentials and more. Although I usually go to the Co-op nearby, this is better for parking (if you can get a place). You can also go to the car park nearby. They have some great clearance bargains.

   Quite a decent Sainsbury's Local which comes in very handy when on the way home from the train station or on Sundays when everything else is closed.
