We've already made arrangements to go again with a group of friends. You may have to navigate yourself around several buggies and prams when you're there and seating is limited but it's worth it. “I have been at the repair cafe and I was very happy with the repaired table lamp I brought. It was a friendly atmosphere and there were helpful people and an exchange of knowledge. “What can I say, this place is full of information with endless activities. I was amazed at how much is done here even though it looks very small from the outside. I travelled an hour to use the Cranial Therapy and the lady is amazing. I urge any locals who don't avail of the services here to do so as you're blessed to have it at your doorstep, no word of a lie. Lovely, clean place and my 3 visits were wonderful. “I found Women in Motion early in my pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active safely, with someone who could guide me on what was and wasn’t suitable. What I found was so much more than just a sports group. Women in Motion gave me the chance to meet other pregnant women and mums to share experiences with, and to feel supported every step of the way. It has kept me feeling strong and healthy, physically and mentally, throughout pregnancy, postpartum and beyond. Jacqueline, Emma and Ronda are not only great trainers but also genuinely lovely people. The flexibility of the groups and classes has been a huge plus, and I was always able to bring my baby along whenever I needed to, which made all the difference. I’d recommend this to any woman, pregnant, mum or not, who enjoys being outdoors and wants to have a good time while moving her body. Thank you WIM!!”
