   I have used this shop occasionally and most times I find the staff unfriendly, rude and dismissive. The all Indian team do not make eye contact, speak in Indian to colleagues while serving you, which is rude, they do not say please or thank you or any typical customer niceties. Customer service and communication is extremely poor here. When I shop here it’s for convenience things late evenings due to my shift pattern. I have held back on leaving a review in the past hoping that I might one day have a positive experience here. But tonight, I caved in. It is not good branding for Morrisons that I regard as a decent shop. Steer clear of you can.

   The staff at this store are extremely helpful and kind. I have a physical disability and they all go up and beyond to cater to my needs. They assist me with my shopping, filling up my tank with petrol and air in my tyres. The hospitality I receive each time gives me confidence to help maintain my independence as a person with a physical disability. I feel safe and with their high standard of customer service, allows me shop, come and go just like everyone else. I am very grateful for the continued support the staff at this establishment provides for me. I highly recommend this store. They are an exceptional, shinning example of how to work as a team and how to provide customer satisfaction especially to those who are vulnerable.

   Beware of this shop as the price on display is not always what you pay. Tonight they charged me £1.65 for a packet of sweets priced at £1. I then got the 65p refunded but they never put the item in my bag. This is not the first time it has happened here, but it will be the last as I will not be using this shop again. No apology and rude staff!
